- the vehicle in question." If you blow the motor because you didn't
- change the oil on 5000 mile intervals (or whatever GM recommended), then
- they don't *HAVE* to honor any powerplant warranty.

- If you don't feel comfortable in opening it and possibly voiding the
- warranty, the simple (and easiest) is to wait until the day after the
- warranty has expired, THEN pop the covers, and have at it.
