- If you have not bought the IDE hard drive yet why not just buy a 2.5" IDE?
- Then you will be able to use a standard 44 pin laptop IDE cable. But if you
- have already purchased the 3.5" IDE drive you could possibley get a 44 pin
- to 40pin adaptor. A friend of mine got one with his Maxtor 2585A. It has a
- standard 40 pin IDE socket on it with a standard 4 pin power connector.
