  12. I need a graphics board for the A3000UX here at work.  We have a
  13. Sony Trinitron CPD-1302, and a lot of the real estate just isn't
  14. being used by the Unix side.  Plus, we want color on the Unix side,
  15. and more than the standard number on the AmigaDos side.

  17. I've gotten two tips.  One is that GfxBase makes a good board, 
  18. called GDA-1 (or GDA-2 if you get 2 Meg of on-board RAM instead of 1),
  19. but they don't have a driver for the Unix side.  Dale at GfxBase
  20. tells me that as soon as they come out with one, it'll be free to 
  21. people who've already bought the board.

  23. I'm also told that Commodore has a board, but I'm not sure on 
  24. details.  Is it the A2410?  Someone mentioned the "Tiga" board?
  25. I imagine this has Unix side drivers.

  27. What I'm looking for is information and advice.  Can people tell
  28. me of their experiences with these and/or any other boards?  Before
  29. investing several hundred dollars I'd like to know what I'm in for.
