  12. I just got off the phone to C= this morning, having been trying to get
  13. through for the past three days (and the bastards play sh*tty music at you
  14. while you're on hold now!). Apparently, their service dept is right out of
  15. A1200 modulators but is expecting a delivery this Friday, at which point
  16. arrangements will be made for the outstanding repairs. For chasing up my
  17. original call, it seems I get priority; if you want to do this, be prepared
  18. to waste an awful lot of money on your phone bill (probably not worth it).
