  17. Ahh, I see now. The only reason you can edit 8 of the colors is becuase
  18. Workbench itself can use only eight. Icons, which are just bitmaps
  19. can have as many colors as you want and the OS will try to pick
  20. the right ones. You need a decent icon editor that can handle more than
  21. just the 8 colors supported by the Workbench icon editor.
