  16. NO NO NO!  WB3.0 only supports 8 color icons.  You SHOULD NOT use icons with
  17. more colors.  The rest of the colors (248 in a 256 color WB) are "free"
  18. for other programs to use and change as needed.  If you have 16 color
  19. icons they will behave unpredictably.
