  21. As a newcomer to the world of video, I'd like to know what the term "broadcast
  22. quality" means.  Is it a qualifying description of the graphics quality, or
  23. does it describe the video format used?  For example, is broadcast-quality
  24. animations possible only when produced by Video Toasters and above boards,
  25. or can a DCTV animation recorded to Betacam or D2 video formats be regarded
  26. as broadcast-quality?
  27. If I'm way off, let me know (but gently, please :)
