  21. The problem is that there are two kinds of hamlab filters: old ones that
  22. worked with version 1.x, like pic2hl, and new ones that require hamlab plus.

  24. The "scan filters" command can only identify the new kind of filters.  The
  25. old 1.x filters will still work, but you have to modify your hamlab.config
  26. file by hand to get HL+ to recognize them.

  28. For pic2hl add the following line to your hamlab.config:

  30. MODULE OLDFILTER NAME "pic2hl" MAGIC "\064\022"
