  11. SSI is doing an EOB 3 in house -- not through Westwood, as it's been bought
  12. by Virgin -- but only for IBM at this writing (and it's likely to stay that
  13. way). The IBM version is due in April. I suppose if they think there's a
  14. big enough audience abroad, they might farm out a conversion.
