  16. Possibly. On the other hand, PPP isn't in many versions of AmigaNOS, and
  17. SLIP is simpler to set up - just set the speed, instead of lots and lots
  18. of parameters, with very very few clues in the documentation (if you can
  19. find any). And SLIP usually works OK, so the choice of protocol isn't
  20. normally a major issue, assuming a reasonable link (Error correcting Modems,
  21. or similar).
