  18. Bars&Pipes has its own highly idiosyncratic view of how MIDI should
  19. work.  If your view of MIDI happens to fit well with B&P's, then it
  20. can be an incredibly powerful sequencing environment.  If your view
  21. disagrees, it can be hell.  If you need a full MIDI thru in your
  22. sequencer, then it's a good bet that your view of MIDI disagrees with
  23. B&P's.

  25. I currently run B&P Pro v1.0e on an A3000, and like it a lot.  I have
  26. seen no timing problems and no MIDI glitches--I used to see timing
  27. problems and glitches with the original B&P on my A1000, but B&P Pro
  28. seemed to solve the glitches and most of the timing problems, and the
  29. A3000 solved the rest of the timing problems.  If a faster cpu isn't
  30. an option, you should take a careful look at what else is running on
  31. your Amiga--Commodities in particular can be a problem, so you should
  32. avoid having any at all enabled while sequencing.

  36. Yes you can.  Set everything up the way you want it, and save it to
  37. a song called "New" in the same directory as the B&P Pro program.  I
  38. believe this is documented in one of the README files.
