- Bars&Pipes has its own highly idiosyncratic view of how MIDI should
- work. If your view of MIDI happens to fit well with B&P's, then it
- can be an incredibly powerful sequencing environment. If your view
- disagrees, it can be hell. If you need a full MIDI thru in your
- sequencer, then it's a good bet that your view of MIDI disagrees with
- B&P's.
-
- I currently run B&P Pro v1.0e on an A3000, and like it a lot. I have
- seen no timing problems and no MIDI glitches--I used to see timing
- problems and glitches with the original B&P on my A1000, but B&P Pro
- seemed to solve the glitches and most of the timing problems, and the
- A3000 solved the rest of the timing problems. If a faster cpu isn't
- an option, you should take a careful look at what else is running on
- your Amiga--Commodities in particular can be a problem, so you should
- avoid having any at all enabled while sequencing.

- Yes you can. Set everything up the way you want it, and save it to
- a song called "New" in the same directory as the B&P Pro program. I
- believe this is documented in one of the README files.

- Have you contacted Blue Ribbon with your complaints?
