- That's not quite true either, Crystal. The major difference between the
- old versions of the Perfect Sound hardware and the Perfect Sound 3 hardware is
- the addition of software gain control (or the removal of the gain knob in the
- back, whichever way you like to perceive it). For me, anyway, this made for
- samples of *much* (I'd almost say exponentially) higher quality. Maybe the
- Psound 3 hardware has better analog/digital converters, but I'm not sure on
- that.
