- Yes. WB 3.0 works on a 3000. I've seen it, I've played with it, I want it.

- mainly, the windows and layering has been sped up, but it it concieveable
- that some of the low level graphics routines have been optimized as well.

- Not very likely, not yet. Commodore is trying to sell as many 1200's and 4000's
- as they possibly can right now. I believe that 3.0 won't be released to
- the general public, and that the next OS we'll be able to get is 4.0, becuase
- that'll support retargatble graphics instead of the mainly AGA support in
- 3.0. I just hope they hurry their butts up with 4.0 :)

- If you have a system that can boot with a superkickstart, it'll work fine.
- basically there is a file kept in devs: that IS the kickstart ROM image.
- So installing a new version of the OS kernal should basically be replacing
- that file. (er, the answer is yes.)
