  34. I also use -sOutputFile=PRT: and that also work. But the print is pretty bad.
  35. One thing that works is to render to gifmono but you can't alter the resolution
  36. making it useful only for preview. And not even that. The outlines of the
  37. tables did not print (Output Word for Mac)
