- You can definitely run 3.0 on pre-AGA systems. However, while revisions in
- 3.1 do indeed make the ECS screen refreshes seem more snappy, I don't
- believe that these have a noticeable effect on animations and paint
- programs.

- That's how it's currently done, however they may simply opt to go with a
- future revision now that 3.1 is on the horizon. If 3.0 really is a
- compelling issue to you, why not simply register as a developer with CATS?
