  18. You can definitely run 3.0 on pre-AGA systems. However, while revisions in 
  19. 3.1 do indeed make the ECS screen refreshes seem more snappy, I don't
  20. believe that these have a noticeable effect on animations and paint
  21. programs.

  32. That's how it's currently done, however they may simply opt to go with a
  33. future revision now that 3.1 is on the horizon. If 3.0 really is a
  34. compelling issue to you, why not simply register as a developer with CATS?
