  11.    I've scanned a whole pile of pictures (Overscanned, interlaced HAM) that I
  12. want to combine into an Anim. Deluxe Paint informs me that I can't use
  13. pictures "bigger than the screen".

  15.    Is there a trick in Deluxe Paint that I'm missing?

  17.    Is there a (PD) program that simply combines IFF pictures into an anim
  18. file?

  20.    I was very suprised that DPaint could not animate overscanned pictures.
  21. Isn't that sort of required if you're going to record the anim on video?
