  19. That's exactly the point.  A typical magazine ad/review takes
  20. 2 to 3 months.  Unless a company knows that they will be producing 
  21. version X in 3 months, they are forced to send version X-N
  22. to the printer...

  24. A new update before the ad means "REALLY quick" updates.
