- As ArtExpression is based on the PostScript page description language
- which relies heavily on Bezier curves (e.g. with the curveto operator)
- it naturally supports Bezier curves. AE's native file format is EPS
- (Encapsulated PostScript).

- If you like PPage's non-standard user interface, you'll probably
- prefer PDraw which has similar capabilities. However, Art Expression
- is much more flexible and easier to use. It allows you to import
- structured graphics in various formats (including the Adobe
- Illustrator format popular on other platforms) and supports
- industry-standard Adobe Type 1 (PostScript) fonts. It is compliant
- with the Commodore UI Style Guide and supports IFF DR2D, the
- Amiga standard format for structured graphics (PDraw does not
- support it).
