  15. Is anyoone out there familiar with any commercial or public domain
  16. licensing products that support usage based licensing?  That is, the
  17. user is charged when the program actually does something, rather than
  18. just being "connected"?

  20. I am interested in this for licensing short-lived, file filter type
  21. programs that have almost no "connect" time.
