  21. Since your initials are the same as mine, I had to reply: cert.org has
  22. a good faq on securing anonymous ftp, and wuarchive.wustl.edu offers a
  23. hacked ftpd that includes access control, logging, and some other
  24. goodies.  Undoubtedly there are others, but those are the ones I'm
  25. familiar with and know to be worthwhile.
