  12. I apologize in advance for cluttering up the ether, because I know
  13. these are FAQ's, but the pointer I have to the FAQ list seems invalid.

  18. 2)  I would like to run programs that use packet drivers in the DOS
  19.     window of Windows 3.1.  I've heard there is a WINPKT.ZIP shunt,
  20.     but I've been unable to find it.  If it exists, and is available
  21.     for anonymous ftp, could someone give me a site name and
  22.     directory?  If it is a commercial product, please send the
  23.     information on how to buy it.
