  18. I do, however, know of an FTP compatible SLFP driver.  SLFP is another
  19. protocol, similar to SLIP and PPP.  This driver can be located on
  20. "merit.edu" in the pub/ppp subdirectory in a file called slfernet.zip (or
  21. something like that).  The packet driver is called "slfernet".

  23. I looked in that same subdirectory for a PPP packet driver that is
  24. compatible with FTP's PC/TCP software, but I could not find anything.  A
  25. PPP packet driver is bundled together with NCSA telnet, but it is not
  26. recognized by PC/TCP's ETHDRV kernel because the packet driver is the wrong
  27. class.
