  22. Try "merit.edu" in the "pub/ppp" subdirectory.  I don't remember the name
  23. of the file, but I know that one includes a PPP packet driver along with
  24. NCSA telnet configured to work with that packet driver.  The only problem
  25. might be that it is customized to work with the dial-in system here at
  26. Michigan (Merit or MichNet or something like that).
