  12. I find that when I use the "shell to DOS function" in any of Trumpet, Nupop 
  13. or Gopher and return to the program in question, the mouse cursor is slowed 
  14. w-a-y down.  I'm using the latest mouse driver, mouse.com that came with 
  15. Windows 3.1, version 8.x.

  17. What's going on?  Am I the only one experiencing this phenomenon?
