  15. You need to contact the vendor of your particular TCP/IP transport. Although 
  16. the Windows Sockets DLL name and entry points are standardized, the 
  17. implementations are specific to the transport in use.

  19. Therefore, if you use vendor X's TCP/IP, you need to contact vendor X.

  21. Most PC-based TCP/IP vendors either have it released already, or have it
  22. in the works.
