  13. I have some old DC300 type tapes which I want wo use (write) with my
  14. QIC-150 streamer (Tandberg TDC 3600).

  16. Is there any chance?

  18. I checked the holes at begin of tape (BOT) and found that hole pattern
  19. is the same on DC300 and DC600 but the last hole (at BOT towards EOT)
  20. on DC300 tapes has a smaller diameter. Is this THE? only difference
  21. between DC300 and DC600 (not regarding diffs in magnetic material).

  23. Would it be possible to enlarge this hole so that the tape will be
  24. detected as DC600?
