  16. I am interested in picking up a SCSI controller for my ISA 486 PC.  I am mainly
  17. interested in getting a controller that will leave as many options open as
  18. possible with respect to the operating system I happen to be running.

  20. If I could have it all, I would like the controller to run under DOS5, OS/2,
  21. Linux, BSD386, SCO, etc.  Unfortunately I don't know of the technical
  22. differences between some of the major contollers (say Adaptec 152x vs 154x).  I
  23. guess you could say that I am basically looking for a controller that is the
  24. 'most' compatable.

  26. Can someone point me in the right direction, or provide comments and/or
  27. experiences - good or bad.
