  14. I have a Canon laser beam printer LBP-8IIIR with Ef-1 envelope feeder.
  15. When printing (within limits specified in manual) return addresses near
  16. top left corner of envelope there often is smudged printing apparently
  17. caused by envelope passing over rollers. Problem always in same place.
  18. This has been reported to Canon but they have no solution.
  19.  
  20. Has anyone else experienced this problem on Canon or other Canon-engine
  21. laser printers such as HP? Any suggestions?
