  27. PTOOL is a dependence analyzer/browser pair developed at Rice
  28. University.  The PTOOL browser is no longer available, but mail access
  29. to the dependence analyzer (based on the PFC vectorizer/parallelizer
  30. for Fortran) is provided as part of the ParaScope distribution.

  32. ParaScope is a programming environment for Fortran developed at Rice
  33. University (this group is also part of the Center for Research on
  34. Parallel Computation).  The ParaScope Editor (PED) provides 
  35. browsing (locally or from an ASCII graph file) and automated
  36. transformations.  ParaScope runs on Sun SparcStations (and sometimes
  37. on other machines).  For information on obtaining a ParaScope
  38. distribution, send mail to softlib@cs.rice.edu (works like netlib),
  39. beginning with the line
