  12.  Using UCX 2.0, VMS 5.5-2, it would helpful for a project to be able to
  13. use TELNET via a .com file. Something along the lines of:
  14. $ Telnet whereve.node.edu
  15. myusername
  16. mypassword

  19.  The above works, of course, if typed manually (unless I goofed).
  20. If the above three lines are in a .com file then the TELNET line
  21. executes properly; one then sees the usual welcoming material followed
  22. by a username:   prompt. One must then manually enter the username and
  23. password.

  25.  Any suggestions about how this 'automated login' might be accomplished?
