  13. Systems that do not repsond to control P susually respond to BREAK.

  15. Unfortunately I was recently reading the manuals for the 5900 
  16. hardware and IT lists 2 ways to get to console command mode (>>>)
  17. (a) power off the box and then power it on,
  18. (b) run the UNIX shutdown command.

  20. Not pleasant if you have had a problem withthe system getting
  21. wedged.   Time to break out the power control cabling.
