  31.     I tried the sio/vsio drivers for a while as well. I had the best
  32. results if I made them last in config.sys and removed and reference to
  33. com/vcom.sys and mode statements.

  35. IOW remove, don't just rem, the com.sys and vcom.sys lines as well as the mode=
  36. statement. Seemed to work for me but I certainly won't guarantee anything.
