- Greetings.
-
- I've seen some discussion of installing the OS/2-2.1 beta directly from
- its CDROM distribution media without making the 20+ disks. One has to
- make the first 2 installation disks and then through some machinations
- can get the rest of the dope from the CDROM.
-
- I've ftp'd a copy of the beta and have downloaded the zipped files to my
- second harddrive. My question is this: Can I install this downloaded
- beta from my second harddrive to my first HD without making the 20+
- installation disks? If so, how?
-
- The drives in question are IDE's controlled by a single interface, BTW.
-
- Thanks in advance;
