  43. In some README.TXT somewhere, I came across something saying the
  44. Video_Retrace and HW_Timer should both be off.  Between then, it
  45. became possible for me to play; however, my problems seem to have been
  46. very different from yours before making those changes.  After the
  47. start-up, I just got a blank screen, and all further activity ceased,
  48. but now, everything is normal.  THis is using IBM sound and the
  49. VGAWonder component of an ATI Graphics Vantage.
