  17. I have ported the MS-DOS vcnvt program supplied by ZyXEL to run under
  18. OS/2 2.0.  This program converts between ZyXEL modem ADPCM voicemail
  19. files and Soundblaster .VOC file files.
  20.  
  21. I have tested the program, and it operates identically to the DOS version.
  22. This includes some bugs in converting certain .VOC files to ADPCM files.
  23. (I wanted to add a sound file of me saying "Hi there", but for some
  24. reason it didn't convert correctly using either the DOS or OS/2 version)
  25. A future version of the program will attempt to fix these bugs.
