  29. $25/copy royalties????? I was under the impression that MS charges the clone
  30. makers about $8/copy for the full 3.1 code plus DOS that MS allows to be
  31. bundled with new computers? And IBM already has copyright on some parts of
  32. DOS and Windows, I think. These numbers look funny. Either IBM negotiated
  33. a very BAD deal or else my numbers are wrong.
