  27. If they only charge for the diskettes, manuals, packaging, and
  28. shipping, I won't complain.  But I will be very pissed off if some
  29. gang of lawyers wants to add on an extra $30 to go into Bill Gates's
  30. pockets.

  35. really don't care about free upgrades, and that will be the end of
  36. that.  IBM's not about to take a loss on a popular product, but if you
  37. keep talking like you expect (and some even want) to be ripped off,
  38. you're going to be.  I hope you like it.
