  19. $2 billion buckarooskies is a MAJOR investment.  Heck, GMs brainchild Saturn
  20. Corporation spent (I think) $3 billion and seven years to develop the car and
  21. the manufacturing plant.  $2 billion for OS/2 development doesn't make sense.
