- Well actually, an awful lot of folks are connected to internet thru
- their university or company. The cost is subsidized and the
- individual out of pocket cost is $0. Additionally, we have a site
- here at Texas A&M that has the OS/2 beta available locally, so even
- though networking is required, technically its a local area network
- and Internet access is not required.
