  17.     I'm looking for something called the Windows Driver Library. According
  18. to the docs with Windows 3.1 it should be available on Compuserve and the like.
  19. I need it for a print driver for an Epson laser printer.  Could someone point me
  20. to this file on Compuserve?  I don't have access to ftp.  Or, if it's not too
  21. large could it be mailed?  The docs gave me the impression that this is publicly
  22. available without cost through these services (like Compuserve is cheap!), but
  23. MS wants $20 to mail a copy of it.
