  19. Fine, but if you then discover that you needed double buffering,
  20. what consequences have you  suffered.

  22. In other words, if your system needs double buffering and you did
  23. not invoke it what disasters befall your system. Are these
  24. consequences gradual, or do they occur in one fell swoop. Where do
  25. you look to find these consequences that may or may not occur.

  27. What is it about SCSI and ESDI drives (Ihave one of each) that
  28. incur the wrath of no double buffering?
