  12.     I am looking for a software sound driver to simulate a sound card that
  13.     will play .WAV files through my pc speaker....(I realize it won't sound
  14.     like a Adlib card...but it's better than <beep>)....more specifically, I
  15.     want to use this "sound driver" under windows 3.1 to play them .WAV files.
