- I have been using the PDox engine for about a year, on and off. It is a good
- product, very simple to use ... however, as one would expect, it will only
- create, edit, manipulate database which are in the "paradox" format. I
- consider it to be a good add on product which is used in conjunction to using
- the Paradox Data Product. Using only the engine, without paradox would be
- quite cumbersome.
-
- The paradox engine is ideal if you are already familiar with the Paradox
- product. There are some applications where the Paradox Product does not offer
- the flexibility. One such instance we ran into was faxing forms out of the
- Paradox environment. The engine was used to build a CAS driver which worked
- while using the paradox enviorment. Good luck.
