  21. XVision is made by a UK Company called VisionWare.  Their agent in the
  22. United Stated is Unipress Software; and Unipress provides software support
  23. in the USA.  However, you are expected to buy a software support agreement.
  24. This agreement covers telephone tech. support and free software upgrades
  25. throughout the (1-year) agreement period.  At the time I purchased my
  26. agreement, it cost 25% of my purchase price which came to $100.00.  This
  27. is a stiff expense.  But, I think that it's worth the money.  I got a lot
  28. of help and two software upgrades.  The telephone numbers for Unipress are:
  29. (800-222-0550) and (908-287-2100).
