  12. Can someone recommend, if there is one, a simple finance manager for win3.1.
  13. All I really want to do is keep track of bills and paycheck and the like.
  14. Nothing real fancy for loans and stock, etc.  I have access to ftp so just
  15. the name of a site and file name will do with maybe a quick blurb on the
  16. program.  Thanks for all the advice. Just email to me. Lets not clog the
  17. net with this one. Thanks.
