  14.     Does anyone know how to access the so-called "secret" windows
  15. in MS Windows 3.1?  Apparently there was an article about it in PC
  16. Magazine last fall -- some special keystrokes bring up some windows
  17. showing various authors of the program (or something similar to this).
  18. If anyone can let me know more about this, especially how to access
  19. these windows, I'd really appreciate it.
