- I'm not sure which is the best newsgroup for a stacker question, so
- I've cross-posted.
-
- I have a clone 386 with a standard setup, 3.5 and 5.25 HD floppies, a
- 63 Meg RLL HD (C:), DOS 5.0, windows 3.0. I just installed Stacker yesterday
- and I've tried to change (actaully I deleted and now I'm trying to add) a
- permanent swap file. When I do I get a message saying there is not room
- enough on my D: drive. I've read the docs for Windows and Stacker and can't
- figure this one out. As I understand it, Stacker creates a real drive D:
- and turns C: into a logical drive. How can I get Windows to create the
- permanent swap file on C:? Does this have something to do with the SSWAP
- driver?
- The stacker version is 3.0
-
- Thanks
