  10. I'm using Windows 3.1 and I'm looking for some Latvian language fonts.  I've 
  11. checked all around the FTP sites and I haven't been able to find anything.  I
  12. was wondering if anyone could tell me where I could either find these fonts or 
  13. get a shareware font editor so I could make them myself.  (I know these things
  14. are commercially available, but I don't have enough money to spend on them.)
