  10. My brother has a problem...seems that EVERY time he tries to access a hard disk,
  11. straighten the desktop and even boot-up windows, NDW tries to access the "A" 
  12. drive.  The light blinks on, and there is a delay of 10-15 seconds while it
  13. attempts to access the drive.  He is a new computer user, and lives 250km from
  14. me, so any *clear* directions that I could give over the phone would be
  15. greatly appreciated.
