  15. Does anyone out there know if password protection is available
  16. for MS-Windows Help files?  ie:  I would like to ensure that if
  17. my help file gets into unauthorized hands, it is unreadable.
  18. I would like the password checking and un-encryption to happen
  19. as close as possible to the moment the user actually wants to
  20. read the help.
